Max Denmark (Chinese: 丹馬克; born 11 August 1999 in Hong Kong) is a Hong Kong rugby sevens back who plays primarily at inside centre but can cover several positions in the backline. Standing about 1.84 metres and weighing around 83 kilogrammes, he turns out for Hong Kong Football Club as a full-time athlete, attended Island School in Hong Kong and later Millfield School in England, and came through the HKFC rugby system.

Denmark won his first cap for Hong Kong at the Asia Sevens Series event in Sri Lanka in 2017 and acquired a Hong Kong SAR passport in 2018 so as to be eligible to represent the territory at major multi-sport games. He went on to become an important member of the Hong Kong backline, establishing himself in Asian competition through his pace and his ability to break the line, and has also represented Hong Kong in the fifteen-a-side game, including on the wing. Ultimate Rugby records him as a Hong Kong China left winger between 2018 and 2022 and as part of the Hong Kong sevens squad at inside centre from 2018 onwards. In 2022 he was named in Hong Kong's squad for the Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town, South Africa.

In 2023 he was selected for the Hong Kong, China team at the Hangzhou Asian Games, where his quick pass set up teammate Liam Doherty's try in the final as Hong Kong beat Korea 14-7 to win the gold medal; that year's Hong Kong Sevens was also his third appearance at the tournament. At the 2023 World Rugby Sevens Challenger Series he scored a try inside the first minute against Italy.

By the 2025 Hong Kong Sevens he had represented the city in roughly thirty-six sevens tournaments, and in 2026 he was again named in the Hong Kong, China sevens squad, this time for the Asia Rugby Emirates Sevens Series. Primarily deployed as a utility back, he can cover centre and wing.
